How Custom Candle Orders Work
Every WECO candle is hand-poured to order in our Lexington, South Carolina studio.
We don't believe in mass production or one-size-fits-all. Custom candles are an invitation to create something deeply personal designed to reflect your space, your energy, and your everyday rhythm.

Choose Your Candle
Begin by selecting your candle size and container style (glass or tin). Pricing is based on this selection and sets the foundation for your custom piece.

Personalize the Details
You'll be guided through a series of customization options, which may include:
- Container or glass color
- Wax color
- Scent or scent experience
- Optional custom label
- Optional logo upload
These choices allow you to design a candle that feels unmistakably yours.

Review Before Checkout
Because each candle is custom-made specifically for you, we recommend:
- Double-checking spelling, color selections, and uploaded files
- Confirming all details before checkout
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Helpful Notes for Custom Orders
- If you choose "Other / Custom" for scent or color, please include clear, specific instructions in the text field provided
- For logo uploads, high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF files work best
- If a logo file isn't usable for production, we'll contact you before moving forward
